Personal data protection code pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196

With this note Calzature Parutto intends to inform users visiting the website “www.calzatureparutto.it” (hereinafter the “Site”) of the Policy adopted regarding the Protection of personal data, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site.

Browsing the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of some areas where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him/her to access specifically identified services. Therefore, where the visitor intends to provide his/her personal data to access these additional services, he/she will be expressly informed pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data, with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by Calzature Parutto, as well as the right to request at any time the cancellation of the data or their updating.

 

Information on the protection of personal data

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Personal Data Protection Code” (hereinafter the “Code”), Calzature Parutto provides the following information.

 

1. The Data Controller and Data Processor

The Data Controller of Personal Data is Calzature Parutto S.a.s., with registered office in San Polo 390, 30125 Venice, (hereinafter “Calzature Parutto”).

The Data Controller, in relation to the management of the Site, is Riccardo Parutto. You may request the complete list of Data Controllers by sending a request to the contact details indicated in point 7.

 

2. Types of personal data processed

To access the Site, you do not need to register. However, there are sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g. to complete the online purchase process), or services for which you must provide your data (e.g. your data may be requested to access the Newsletter services, to contact us, to tell a friend about your “wish list”, etc.).

 

If Calzature Parutto acquires personal information and data, it will inform users in advance, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, of the purposes for which such data is requested and the methods with which it will be used. Where necessary, Calzature Parutto will acquire the user's specific consent to the relative use of the data. By way of example, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, email address and other information that the user agrees to provide in order to use the services of the Site by completing a specific registration form may be requested. Calzature Parutto will use the personal data collected online only for the purposes indicated at the time of registration.

 

The data relating to the connection and navigation within the Site (such as the URI-Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site: with the exclusion of this eventuality, the data will be deleted after the time necessary for the provision of the services illustrated on the Site has elapsed.

3. Optional provision of personal data

The provision of Personal Data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration is necessary to proceed with the purchase of products online).

 

4. Data processing methods and scope of communication

The data may be processed both electronically and on paper. Calzature Parutto guarantees the lawful and correct processing of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All information collected is transmitted via a protected connection in order to prevent interception by outsiders. The security of the Site is guaranteed and certified by a leading company among providers of services for internet security.

 

The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and subject to prior authorization by the user.

 

5. Links to other sites

This information is provided only for the Calzature Parutto Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via connection links. Calzature Parutto cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites connected to this Site.

 

6. “Profiling” and/or personalization tools

Calzature Parutto does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the prior express consent of the user.

 

The Site uses “ Cookies ”: these are text files that are sent from a web server (which is the computer on which the website visited is running) to the user's browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and stored on the hard disk of the user's PC when the user visits the Site. The cookie allows the Site to identify the user's PC, through the information stored in it, every time the user reconnects to the Site through that PC.

 

Through the use of cookies we can facilitate the user's navigation within the Site.

 

Cookies they don't collect information directly identifying the user. In fact, Calzature Parutto cannot trace any directly identifying personal information (e.g. name, surname) through cookies unless provided directly by the user. Furthermore, another website cannot use a cookie released by the Calzature Parutto Site to access other information contained in the user's computer. Once saved on the computer, the cookie can only be read by the website that created it.

 

What types of cookies does Parutto Calzature use?

 

Temporary cookies

These are the so-called “session cookies” and are released by the Site on the user’s computer during navigation, but are stored exclusively for the duration of the navigation session itself. This means that when the user closes his browser the cookies are automatically deleted and disappear, without remaining stored on the computer. They are made up of random numbers generated by the server and are used to allow safe and efficient exploration of the Site.

 

Through the use of these cookies we can facilitate the user's navigation within the Site, for example by remembering the data provided by the user when filling out forms on the Site (so-called user input cookies), to recognize the user after he/she has logged in to the Site (so-called authentication cookies), to customize the site interface based on the preferences indicated by the user, etc.

 

These cookies do not require the acquisition of prior and express consent from the user as they are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user of the Site (pursuant to art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).

 

Permanent cookies

These are cookies released by the Site on the user's computer during navigation, but are also stored beyond the duration of the navigation session itself, until their expiry or until cancellation by the user.

 

The use of such cookies requires the express and informed consent of the user (pursuant to art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code). By accessing the Home Page of the Calzature Parutto Site, viewing the information banner relating to cookies present therein and taking note of the information provided, the user therefore provides his/her specific consent to the use of cookies. It is also considered valid consent by the user to have configured his/her Internet browser (e.g. Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) in order to accept the use of cookies (pursuant to art. 122, paragraph 2, of the Code).

 

Furthermore, if the user registers on the Site and provides his/her specific consent to the monitoring of his/her navigation, the data relating to navigation within the Site may be associated with his/her personal data.

 

Regarding the cookies used on the Site we provide the following information:

 

1) The domain name from which the Site server transmits cookies is: www.calzatureparutto.it

2) Purpose of collection : cookies are used to (i) enable easier and faster navigation within the Site, (ii) improve the browsing experience by suggesting the best products and promotions based on the navigation carried out.

3) Collected data: the following information is stored: the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

4) Validity of cookies : the Site uses session cookies (i.e. cookies that are automatically deleted when the browser is closed), as well as permanent cookies (i.e. cookies that are stored until deleted by the user), the duration of which in any case does not exceed six months.

5) Necessity of accepting cookies : accepting cookies is not mandatory but deactivating them, although it allows navigation within the Site, may not make it possible to release some content and features of the Site.

6) Disabling and deleting cookies : you can disable or delete cookies at any time. To do so, you must consult the information in the browser's User Manual (Help Page). In particular, if you do not wish to receive cookies, you can set your browser to warn you of the presence of a cookie, allowing you to decide whether to accept it or not; you can also automatically refuse all cookies by activating the appropriate option in your browser.

7) Data communication : the information collected through cookies is confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. The cookies (transmitted by the domain www.calzatureparutto.it) contain the following information: a numeric ID that uniquely identifies Calzature Parutto and a numeric ID that identifies the user (who browses the Site), both stored in our database; a numeric ID that uniquely identifies the navigation (so-called “record”) of the user in our database; a pseudo-random alphanumeric session ID that is automatically deleted by the browser when it is closed (session cookie).

No other user profiling tools are used on this Site (e.g. spyware).

 

7. Place of data processing

The processing operations connected to the services provided by the Site are carried out at the headquarters of Calzature Parutto indicated in point 1 above and are carried out by the persons in charge of processing.

 

8. Rights of interested parties

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller information on the processing of your data, including, 1) to obtain, without delay, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you […]; 2) to obtain: a) the indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic of the processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification details of the owner or managers, the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as managers or agents; the updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; 3) to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning you, provided for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

 

9. Review clause

Calzature Parutto reserves the right to revise this “Privacy Policy” at any time at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time without notice.
