flexibility

The inner sole is made of a recycled cotton agglomerate that provides a sound barrier for the micro-trauma of the walk. The typical outer sole of the friulana made from the beginning with recycled bicycle covers, is maintained but enriched by the respect of the latest CE rules.

breathability

Thanks to this technique, the inner coupling of our footwear keeps the breathability of our fabrics, guaranteeing the durability of the product and the possibility of washing them even in the washing machine.

hand sewing

That’s what remained the hand stitching to unite the upper to the sole, which is still today realized by the skilled and quick hands of our women as technology and industry have failed to equalize them.

COTTON VELVET

The velvet of this shoe is 100% cotton and, as is typical for products made of cotton fur, it may show marks caused by pressure. These variations do not affect the quality and can be easily restored with gentle circular rubbing.

HAND STITCHED SOLE

The tire sole is attached to the felt exclusively with stitching, which is naturally subject to wear. In this case, it is not recommended to encourage detachment, which can, if necessary, be fixed with a drop of glue.

WASHABLE

This shoe, being handcrafted, is exclusively stitched and free of adhesives; therefore, it can be machine washed on a delicate cycle.

INTERCHANGEABLE

The Rialto model is interchangeable between right and left. Only the closure of the upper trim, which should be kept on the inner side of the foot, may initially distinguish the two parts. However, after a few steps, the Friulane will naturally adapt to the shape of your foot.
